What We Are Looking For:


The Information Security Program Coordinator will lead the security team in day-to-day tracking and execution with prescribed security program/project management life cycle methodology process.  This role will be heavily involved in the program/project management life cycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closure of security programs and projects.


What You'll Do:



  • Oversees and manages multiple security initiatives with a broad scope, ambiguity, and a high degree of difficulty for the global information security program

  • Responsible for ensuring communication, timeline, resource needs, and tasks are in alignment with the security roadmap and expectations

  • Maintain visibility into ongoing work and understand the priority of upcoming initiatives 

  • Interfaces and manages communication with internal and external customers

  • Supports the execution of day-to-day work performed by internal and external stakeholders 

  • Serves as liaison between global program stakeholders, program/project team, and senior management

  • Sets tactical vision to achieve global security objectives and key results

  • Provides project plans, status reports, and risk assessments to leadership

  • Assesses project-level risks, and issues and develops mitigation plans to resolve roadblocks

  • Manages complex multifunction relationships across multiple global teams and identifies dependencies between initiatives


What You Need:



  • BS in Information Security, Computer Science, Business, or a related field or other equivalent combination of education and/or experience that is focused on Information Security/Privacy or Project/Program management.

  • 1 year of project management experience, preferably in information security

  • Understanding of information security fundamentals and general security technologies

  • Strong organization, prioritization, and rationalization skills

  • Extensive understanding of critical project management techniques and an ability to motivate and lead team members

  • Strong decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate one
