Ultraviolet is currently seeking a Cyber Recruiter with experience hiring cybersecurity resources for Federal Government. 
 
This position is full-time, and the ideal candidate will manage and execute hiring plans and recruiting tasks in a high-growth cybersecurity company. You will be responsible for understanding business needs related to hiring and talent forecasts, and you will be a trusted partner expected to continuously raise the bar for making great hiring decisions. 


Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from candidate screening to onboarding new employees.
  • Command knowledge of complex cyber roles and terminology to effectively source cleared personnel within the cyber security industry for federal civilian roles.
  • Responsible for assuring candidate profile in Lever is current and complete.
  • Responsible for communicating to all levels of management progress on proposal sourcing.
  • Must be knowledgeable of the federal RFP process and have the ability of communicating effectively with candidates and federal team.
  • Specialize in hiring technical cybersecurity talent and act as the initial screening point for talent acquisition.
  • Utilize networking skills and social media sourcing to find qualified candidates for different roles.
  • Collaborate with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council to promote inclusive hiring practices.
  • Co-develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define candidate personas and assess candidate skills through phone screens.
  • Source suitable candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and social media.
  • Draft and send recruitment messages to potential candidates, emphasizing the client employer brand.
  • Build and maintain talent pools to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Follow up on employee referrals and manage candidate dispositions accurately in the applicant tracking system.
  • Support other team members as needed and participate in special projects for career growth.
  • Develop and support business-wide engagement programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Align efforts towards achieving organizational goals and objectives.

  • Qualifications:
  • This position requires U.S. Citizenship due to our Federal contractual obligation. 
  • 2+ years of relevant sourcing or cyber recruiting experience.
  • Working experience with Federal Contracting, Bids, RFP
  • Proficient in MS Office products and capable of learning additional applications. Especially Word and Excel.
  • Interviewing skills to support the business with recruitment needs. 
  • Willing to attend events, including networking, industry groups/associations, and job fairs. 
  • Experience using LinkedIn, social media and various other methods to source candidates. 
  • Experience building relationships, networking, and maintaining a pipeline of candidates. 
  • Bonus if you have worked with Lever Applicant Tracking System
