Position Overview:

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer, designs and develops application workflows to create, modify, and remove access to applications and maintain identity demographics. Assesses and develops requirements to integrate identity population sources and automated application provisioning. Performs detailed analyses and recommends technical solutions to deliver account provisioning automation. Develops and refines processes to manage identity information and application provisioning information. Candidate will have experience with privilege automation, sharp analytic skills, and excellent customer service skills.

 Experience with provisioning of multiple applications.

Essential Responsibilities: 

• Analyzes and improves automated and authorization-driven identity and access workflows for workforce joiners, movers, and leavers using manual processes or automation using an IAM solution.


• Develops requirements for identity population sources, identity demographics management, account data interchange, and automated access provisioning workflows.


• Assists with planning and organizing the day-to-day IAM and PAM operations; develop and implement SOPs documenting processes and services.


• Analyzes and documents requirements for various IAM domains such as Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, Privileged Access Management, Reporting and Analytics.


• Manages source data element precedence and coordinate authoritative sources of truth.


• Provisions, deprovisions and modifies user access as defined by established SLAs, documenting activities into appropriate systems for random reviews of accuracy and compliance.


• Provisions automated access certification functions.


• Strong technical knowledge of Active Directory. Performs permission clean up and recommends account tiering recommendations.


• Contributes to designs and configuration of Active Directory Forest, domains, and trust relationship.


• Assesses current applications and architecture to ensure current implementations align with industry guidelines, best practices, and management approved standards.


• Contributes to planning and execution of identity management roadmaps and technology enhancements.


• Performs all administrative functions in PAM and IAM solutions.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Information Security: 6 years’ experience


• Privileged Access Management experience: 3 years’ experience


• Proficient with one or more programming/scripting languages such as, PowerShell, C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#


• Experience with enterprise IAM and PAM solution

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science, or a related field


• Microsoft System Administration Certification


• RBAC management: 3 years’ experience


• Cybersecurity: 6 years’ experience


• CyberArk: 3 years’ experience


• SailPoint IIQ or IdentityNow: 3 years’ experience


• Azure and AWS Cloud IAM: 2 years’ experience


• Experience with web application architecture
