Exabeam is looking for a Professional Services Engineer to deploy our line of security products at leading global companies across the globe
 
You will work with cutting-edge technology and tackle complex technical and business problems while gaining exposure to a wide range of industries
 
Experience with cyber security or enterprise SIEM (ex. Splunk, ArcSight, QRadar, Sumologic, RSA NetWitness, McAfee ESM, Devo, Elastic, Humio, Cortex), UEBA (ex. Splunk UEBA or Caspida, Securonix) and IR (ex. Phantom, Swimlane) products preferred 
 
This is a 100% remote role servicing clients within LATAM (with some global coverage as needed).

You Will:
  • Collaborate with customers and Exabeam team members to carry out implementations and enhancements   
  • Participate in all implementation designs, setups, and review processes to ensure success
  • Build long-standing customer relationships at various levels
  • Collaborate with client teams in resolving technical/system related inquiries
  • Deliver and customize product content based on customer requirements such as alerts, event data parsers, dashboards, etc
  • Engage in new product launches and work cross-functionally with PS Engineers, Project Managers, Engineering, and go to market teams to achieve and exceed customer goals and expectations

    • Must Have:
  • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience in a professional services implementation/deployment role, sales engineering role and/or software engineering role (Java, Python)
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Experience with cyber security or enterprise SIEM (ex. Splunk, ArcSight, QRadar, Sumologic, RSA NetWitness, McAfee ESM, Devo, Elastic, Humio, Cortex), UEBA (ex. Splunk UEBA or Caspida, Securonix) and IR (ex. Phantom, Swimlane) products preferred 
  • Understands complex problems easily coupled with being a fast learner and great problem-solver
  • Strong Linux Command Line proficiency
  • Experience with Bash scripting and Python is a plus
  • Experience with regular expressions is a plus
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
