Overview The Inside Sales Representative for Dragos will focus on finding, developing, and closing new business opportunities for non-named Dragos accounts. This is a combination of net new prospects and upsell/cross-sell opportunities, effectively managing customer relationships and business outcomes. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, outcome-driven, a team player, have a proven track record of managing and closing a pipeline of opportunities. You will be extremely effective at building rapport over the phone and on video calls with a range of decision-makers. You will be relentless in understanding the needs, pain points, and desired outcomes of our prospects and customers. You must be technically proficient and able to communicate the value of Dragos to both technical and business leaders. Responsibilities Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails, when necessary Responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts through business-to-business sales of Dragos software licensing, appliances and services to enterprise accounts Work closely with the Channel team to drive deals through relevant partner channels Develop a network of contacts to identify client needs and deliver effective solutions Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools effectively; be responsible for the development, management, and closure of forecasted opportunities Anticipate clients' core needs and challenges and guide solutions through education and communication of our portfolio of service offerings, including providing relevant quotes and proposals to meet customer needs Handle a large number of complex accounts Interact and engage with internal resources needed to close deals, including contract management Qualifications 1 – 2+ years of sales experience, including experience as a BDR A proven sales background of consistent achievement against quota and/or MBOs Demonstrated history of establishing strong relationships both internally and externally Excellent presentation, writing, and verbal communication skills Compensation OTE: $130,000 Competitive equity package Comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K with match) About Dragos Dragos is the Industrial Cybersecurity expert on a relentless mission to safeguard civilization.
