The Dell Security & Resiliency organization (SRO) manages the security risk across all aspects of Dell’s business. What you’ll achieve
As the Chief of Staff, you will serve as a key advisor to the Vice President, Strategy and Business Operations, on strategic initiatives and organizational management. Reporting into the Vice President, you will develop strong relationships within the Strategy & Business Operations team and across the SRO to identify and help resolve operational and organizational issues, drive organizational management, business operations, cross-team collaboration, efficiency, and special projects.
You will:
- Manage all matters pertaining to organizational administration, including annual planning, budget, training, team communications and coordination (team meetings, offsites, newsletters, etc.), morale and other duties as assigned
- Identify process gaps across the team that impact efficiency or effectiveness and lead the development and implementation of a plan to resolve
- Drive effective communication and coordination across the SRO Chiefs of Staff through the SRO Chief of Staff forum
- Provide strategic guidance and tracking of critical cross-functional Strategy & Business Operations initiatives / projects
- Represent Strategy & Business Operations in engagements where the Vice President is unavailable

Essential Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in program management, organizational management, strategic planning or similar field
- Ability to devise and implement processes and process improvements in order to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness
- Ability to lead and influence a diverse group of stakeholders
- Experience delivering quality work under short timelines
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Desired Requirements
- Prior experience in security, risk management or technology preferred but not required
