Listing Description
Our Company Partner Quadrivium is searching for a Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager.
**THIS IS NOT AN APPRENTICESHIP**
The Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager oversees the SOC team and plays a crucial role in utilizing Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools alongside third-party services to identify, analyze, document, and coordinate prompt responses to service issues. These issues arise from alerts generated by hosted applications and internal servers, storage, and databases, as well as off-hours communications from employees and clients. Following established Incident Response Procedures, SOC operators assess alerts and escalate them to the appropriate personnel, providing relevant data to assist in troubleshooting. The SOC remains engaged, coordinating additional resources until the incident is fully resolved.
