Title: Senior Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst

Location: Remote (USA)                        

Reports to: Sr Security GRC Manager

As a Sr Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst, you will report to the Sr Security GRC Manager, and will collaborate heavily with cross-functional teams including Platform, Engineering,  SecureIT, Legal and Privacy. Your work will be a critical driver towards providing continuous security compliance monitoring for the LTK platform and supporting systems. In short, your role will be to help build and automate tools and reports to know how secure and compliant our systems are at any given moment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Security Remediation, Monitoring and Audit related projects 


• Cross-functional work related to SOC2 readiness and remediation, as well as GRC tasks


• OKR metrics and reporting related to compliance and maturity


• Assist with Contact inquiries, creation and follow ups 


• Build systems and tools to automate manual security processes


• Working with SecureIT to ensure our SaaS solutions are secured 


• Document and report on security control effectiveness and provide up to date compliance metrics to LTK leadership


• Respond to security-related requests from peer teams


• Follow and maintain industry best practices and security/compliance developments and implement them at LTK


• Security Risk Management and Tracking

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a CyberSecurity Risk and Compliance


• Certification in in one or more of the following: CISA, CRISC, CISM, CGEIT, CSX-P 


• Experience in building establishing Risk and Control Frameworks


• Strong experience with stakeholder engagement and communication
