Job Description:
Companies are constantly under attack by sophisticated cyber adversaries that range from nation states to organized criminal activity. In response, the Delivery Manager is charged with managing the transition of new business into Conquest Cyber. As a part of our team, you will be working with emerging technologies to solve challenging security problems in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment. As a customer facing manager you will be accountable for not only delivering a successful implementation but creating a foundation of the business relationship.
Responsibilities:
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Serve as Delivery Manager for client engagements interfacing between the client, our delivery teams
· The owner of Stakeholder Management within the organization; build strong relationships with client team members
· Ensure engagements are delivered in scope, on budget with excellent performance that enables ongoing relationships and value creation
· Work with the Executive Sponsor and Business Resiliency Officer (BRO) and other delivery teams to drive clients to adopt our adaptive risk management software platform
· Manage the technical implementation process for new customers
· Work with clients to define requirements, determine workflows, documents, and procedures
· Identify and manage project stakeholders and impacts on existing services or products to ensure projects do not create any avoidable disruption to business operations or service delivery
· Create and support customer specific project plans to ensure resources are scheduled accordingly to complete tasks and manage client expectations for their solution implementation
· Tracks, measures, and reports on the status of the client delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Management, Business/Administration, or relevant discipline
· 4+ years of Project Management, Implementation Management, or other relevant experience with a proven track record of delivering results on time and budget
· B2B experience in project management or client facing functions preferred
· Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills
