Description of Task to be Performed:
Exploits common vulnerabilities with common operating systems, protocols, and network security services, assist with procuring, managing, and training for operational infrastructure associated with Red Team Command and Control (C2). Researches and develops various cyber threat actor TTPs and environments to integrate such findings in threat emulation. Conducts planning and execution of adversarial emulation in cyber exercises.
Utilizes relevant Cyberspace Operation tools. Provides briefings of intrusion set activity to partner organizations and agencies. Organizes training for other team members on analysis, tools, or reporting. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert for working groups and meetings with partner organizations and agencies

Required Qualifications:
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
  • Education & Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree in technical field and 5 years of continuous work experience supporting the DoD Cyber Mission Force. Ethical Hacker Certifications can be used in place of Bachelor’s degree including Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Offensive Security Experienced Penetration Tester (OSEP), Practical Network Penetration Tester (PNPT), GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN).
  • Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher networking or cyber certification.
  • Demonstrated Experience and Expertise:
  • Demonstrated experience and deep expertise working with one or more C2 frameworks: Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, PoshC2, or Mythic.
  • Demonstrated expertise related to the use of relevant CO tools used for the customer mission.
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in analysis of vulnerabilities, C2 Frameworks, intrusion sets.
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in delivering formal documentation of analysis and research results.
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in technical and professional writing, briefing, and customer relations.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and non-standard hours.

    • Preferred Qualifications:
  • 8 years of continuous work experience supporting the DoD Cyber Mission Force.
  • Certifications: Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Offensive Security Experienced Penetration Tester (OSEP), Practical Network Penetration Tester (PNPT), GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN).
