As our UX Writer, play a vital role in shaping the user experience of our innovative network security products. Working remotely, you take ownership from day one and collaborate closely with the UX team and cross-functional internal stakeholders such as product management, solution engineering, and technical support. Your main objective is to ensure a cohesive user experience by creating compelling content and driving consistent messaging. In our fully remote and self-managed work environment, you thrive and showcase self-motivation, proactiveness, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
What you will doCreate comprehensive UX Writing Guidelines that establish consistent messaging and generate user engagement.Develop and edit user documentation, tutorials, and other compelling content that empowers and delights our users, helping them maximize the value of our products and services.Proactively seek areas for improvement within dedicated areas of our products, conducting research and analysis to identify pain points and propose effective solutions.Act as a user advocate, providing valuable insights and feedback to enhance the overall user experience.Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product and industry, particularly within the realm of cybersecurity or other complex SaaS product development.Effectively communicate and engage with customers in English, ensuring complex topics are explained in a clear and accessible manner.
Your ProfileYour core values align with ours: ownership, collaboration, innovation, respect, and authenticity.Minimum 2-5 years of experience in creating engaging user documentation for complex SaaS products, preferably in cybersecurity or related fields.Exceptional written English skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and user-focused content.Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity and attention to detail.Proven experience as a technical writer or content strategist, with a solid understanding of UX principles and methodologies.Basic graphic skills for image editing and creating visual assets to support UX content.Familiarity with tools like Figma for collaborating with designers and seamlessly integrating written content into the user interface.Basic knowledge of software development processes, enabling effective collaboration with development teams and seamless content integration.Understanding of cybersecurity or network functionality, allowing you to create relevant and impactful content tailored to our target audience.Knowledge of UX touchpoints and the ability to leverage them to enhance the overall user experience.
