About the Role :

Responsible for designing procedures including implementation managing that help prevent harm to employees and property

What You Will Do :

• Monitor all operational activities and ensure that all employees implement HSE regulations


• Analysing the purpose of identifying potential work hazards by mapping the work accident risk matrix scale which may be detected and minimised in all business processes by applicable policies


• Review potential safety hazards that work well in all functions to ensure that all procedures are carried out following the provisions for managing K3 conditions


• Conduct a review of property damage and environmental pollution to ensure that occupational safety and health conditions can be managed by applicable policies


• Implement SHE policies and programs

What You Need to Have :

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety/ Environmental Engineering/ Public Health/ Others related Engineer.


• Minimum 2 years experience in the same field.


• Having "Ahli K3 Umum" certification


• Good analytical, communication and problem solving skills


• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work


• Able to work in high-pressure project


• Have a leadership skill, high initiative, self motivated, and cooperative, and able work independently and work in a team
