Pure1 services run in the cloud. The Pure1 DevSecOps team is responsible for building a culture where application security is ingrained into every engineer as well as building up a system of processes to ensure that application security best practices are being followed


Responsibilities include:



  • Own and drive DevSecOps Security features/programs end to end for Pure1.
    This includes from concept to delivery to customers 

  • Take ownership of the product experience, quality, and metrics

  • Own and Drive “As a Service” development and delivery methods

  • Responsible for ensuring that Pure1 complies with all CVE SLAs to the customer

  • Responsible for Security Certifications required by the business - including working with vendors, partners and certification authorities to accomplish this.

  • Change agent to transform the development and release methodology to maximize efficiency gains. 

  • Optimize team processes to improve quality, productivity, and responsiveness to feedback and changing priorities and set up the program for success in the field

  • Drive content, schedule and overall delivery of the program and set it up for success in the field/customer base

  • Overcome obstacles by resolving issues, regardless of team boundaries, and identify and resolve teamwork issues.

  • Solid project and technical judgment; ability to influence a growing organization.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...



  • 4+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager; MS in computer science,  MBA or  engineering management equivalent  preferred.   

  • Knowledge of security standards, encryption, authentication, or authorization concepts and technologies

  • Knowledge of common compliance security regulations and standards such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, EU Cybersecurity Act, GDPR, FedRAMP and PCI

  • Critical problem solving and work with various stakeholders on the security related areas, certifications, CVE tracking and management

  • Demonstrated change agent with capabilities to identify and deliver on process changes that would enable faster time to market while driving organization consistency and efficiency. 

  • Proven expertise in managing projects throughout the entire SDLC,including investigation, design, execution and  delivering products to market on schedule, and addressing customer feedback in development.

  • Set goals for the program, track and periodically communicate to stakeholders as well as ensure corrective actions/mitigations as needed

  • Be the single point person for delivery decisions, exec and cross team communication and working with various functional groups to deliver the program

  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical, cross-functional groups.

  • Security certifications are a plus


The annual base salary range is: $185,000.00 - $277,000.00. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.



This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
