Mobile Security Architect - India

We’re looking for a dynamic, high impact Mobile Security Architect to join our team! This position will be based in India. Working closely with Engineering and Design, you will be part of the control center, helping make critical decisions that impact millions of Zimperium users around the world. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Operations, Communications and Leadership to create & drive release process improvements that rapidly deliver reliable quality software to our customers.
What you'll do:
· Customer Support Engagement Responsibility: training and consulting / implementation and deployments
· Support mobile application security solutions - advanced protection and code obfuscation.
· Delivery of mobile security architecture workshops to customers/prospects on a continuous basis
· Implementation of Zimperium’s Mobile App Protection Suite in complex environments
· Development of product recommendations, that captures customer requirements and present them as practical product enhancements
· Travel expectation: 20% to 30%
· Promotion of CS in the region, working closely with the global teams.
· The position will be based in India, yet candidate will travel regionally as required.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or an equivalent engineering degree
· 10+ years of experience working with Enterprise software solutions, start-up experience desirable
· 5+ yrs experience in customer success roles, preferably with Mobile security
· Good understanding and proven experience in supporting cloud-based web applications
· Self-motivated, extensive troubleshooting skills and knowledge of debugging required
· Customer oriented and face to face post-sales services experience with excellent communications skills
· Willingness to learn new technologies, self-learner.
Desired Background
· Extensive background in information security, Innovation & research capabilities
· Extensive knowledge about mobile app development. This includes the whole process, from the first line of code to publishing in the store(s)
· Have good understanding of Code obfuscation eg. Proguard, other commercial tools
· Have good understanding of OWASP Top 10 for Mobile
· Good understanding and working knowledge of Android, iOS
· Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for SSL Pinning, Data Encryption
· Experience with profiling and debugging mobile applications
· Strong knowledge of architectural patterns—MVP, MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture—and the ability to choose the best solution for the app
· Understanding mobile app design guidelines on each platform and being aware of their differences
· Proficiency in Kotlin/Java/Swift/Objective-C/JavaScript/C#
· Working knowledge of Hybrid Mobile Framework (eg Cordova, React Native, Xamarin, Flutter)
· Good understanding of mobile security and cryptography
· Familiarity with disassembling and reverse engineering tools and techniques, IDA Pro, Jadx, Hopper, Ghidra
· Ability to understand and navigate decompiled and disassembled mobile application code
· Good understanding of mobile OS internals such as the SDK, APIs, file system structure, security, and privacy features.
