The Security Officer will work as liaison in gathering and validating information, conducting interviews and investigations, and writing recommendations for SEAOIL Philippines Incorporated Management or Agency.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Information gathering - Act as liaison and discretely or overtly gathers information and intelligence data from local and government entities as required by either Agency or SPI management.

2. Incident investigation (only areas with concern) - Conducts initial interview to witnesses, relative to an investigation and take
photo for evidences purposes.

3. Conducts initial interview and investigation to suspects/persons of interest being apprehended or intercepted involving a crime or offense committed with SPI premises, prior to turning over SPI and PNP.

4. Prepares and submit initial or final incident / investigation report to SPI Security Manager and Agency.

5. Investigates security personnel violating SPI and agency policy, rules and regulation and prepares Memorandum to explain for administrative cases against the concern guard in coordination with the Operation Manager of the agency.

6. Conducts security billing processing, security assessment, audit, drill, and contract

7. Validation and updating of Daily Situation Report (DSR) and Security Guard Evaluation

8. Maintenance of ISPS requirements for area with certification

9. Conducts General Meeting

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree holder in Criminology or other related courses
  • Experience in security and people management is an advantage
  • Adept in Contract Administration and Management, Internal Auditing, Reporting & Report Writing, Risk Assessment, Risk Management

  • Office-based positions can enjoy the privilege of working from home during the pandemic
