As the Head of Security at Malt, you will be responsible for the overall security of our online platform, protecting our users and preventing cyber attacks.
You will work closely with our team of engineers, our IT service, our financial team to assess, implement, and continuously improve the security measures of our platform.

Key responsibilities ✨
  • Define and maintain the company's security policies in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Regularly assess the security risks of our platform and implement preventive measures to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate security mechanisms into product and service design.
  • Continuously monitor suspicious activity on our platform and establish security incident response procedures.
  • Guide a team of security specialists, and organize regular training and awareness campaigns to educate the entire company on security risks.

  • Strong experience in cybersecurity, with expertise in preventing and responding to security incidents.
  • In-depth knowledge of information security regulations, as well as international security standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
  • Experience managing a team of security professionals.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with development, operations, and legal teams.Join us in contributing to the protection of our users and platform!

  • First round with Neige, Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech & Data, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have about Malt.
  • Second round with Benoit, our VP of Engineering, and another manager to discuss your management experience and discuss the role in more detail.
  • Third round with Houssem, Lead Security Engineer, and Hugo Lassiege, CTO and co-founder of Malt, to assess technical skills.
