The CorporatenSecurity Manager is responsible for the oversight and the development of the Company Security Program. and develop a working relationship with Airport authorities in your assigned airport locations.


Here’s what you’ll do



  • Implement and monitor Breeze Security procedures as required by the TSA

  • Establish preventative safety and security procedures to be complied with by all Team Members to assist in reducing the risk of a terrorist attack

  • Develop and maintain safety and security programs, emergency procedures, and ensure proper training programs are put into place

  • Monitor and evaluate all possible security threats at domestic and international locations and where Breeze operates

  • Establish standard procedures for the operation of all Breeze flights and at all Breeze locations

  • Be able to carry out assigned responsibilities as specified in the Breeze Security Program without hindrance

  • In charge of researching subpoena requests and assisting in screening corporate records; serve as liaison with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies

  • Investigate violations of corporate policies and procedures as well as external investigations

  • Monitors TSA web (HSIN) board for new security directives and changes to the AOSSP and PCSSP, and determine the requirements and effect on station operations

  • Collaborate with internal and external entities to effectively achieve positive results and build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization

  • Track trends in security-related data from multiple sources to identify vulnerabilities and recommend operational solutions

  • Track trends from internal and external sources that identify operational limitations, deficiencies, and vulnerabilities to apply the appropriate measures to resolve and mitigate risks

  • Think outside the box and develop creative solutions when applying security requirements/measures to limit operational impact and cost

  • Conduct station audits and training to ensure compliance with established TSA and security requirements and procedures

  • Assess and interpret all security-related regulations

  • Manage the following programs for the Company:

    • Aircraft Operator Standard Security Program

    • Private Charter Standard Security Program

    • Breeze Airways ID Media Plan

    • Criminal History Records Check Program

    • Swipe Card Access Control System



  • Conduct investigations on a system-wide level where there is alleged fraud, theft, or any other type of incident that jeopardizes the interests of Breeze Airways

  • Research all information pertinent to any investigation

  • Maintain security records and the Breeze security data base

  • Perform any other functions as needed to protect the interests of Breeze Airways

  • Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence


Here’s what you need to be successful


Minimum Qualifications



  • 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience in airline experience, airline security, military security or law enforcement

  • Authorized to travel outside the US

  • Must be willing to relocate to Salt Lake City, UT

  • Must be knowledgeable of, and able to implement Federal Aviation and Security regulations

  • Must be able to pass an FBI Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)

  • In-depth understanding of security measures as outlined in the AOSSP and current aviation security directives

  • Understand security requirements impacting Breeze and able to effectively communicate in a manner that is clearly understood across affected departments

  • High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

  • Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success

  • Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines

  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the airline industry security procedures

  • Completed industry training and qualification in any of the following areas:

    • Ground Security Coordinator, Security Supervisor



  • Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test

  • Must pass a TSA required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check

  • Emergency Response experience
