Reporting to the VP of Finance and Accounting, the Senior Manager, Internal Audit and Information Security will serve as a key player in supporting the company through the implementation of Dynamics 365 CE and F&O.  Beyond the implementation, this role will design and maintain the company’s compliance and risk management programs.

Core Role Responsibilities
  • Identify areas of emerging control risk through proactive and regular collaboration throughout the company's digital transformation initiatives
  • Design and maintain system, operational and financial controls based on a collaboratively designed risk assessment
  • Lead enhancements of SOX Financial and Operational (F&O) controls and their governance through input of key stakeholders while ensuring compliance with relevant standards
  • Manage the documentation of all walkthroughs, narratives, risk and controls related to all business processes and IT general controls
  • Lead various audits and validations simultaneously and ensure audit quality, accuracy and timeliness
  • Design and maintain role based/transactional security within the design of the ongoing digital transformation
  • Support implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O to include subsequent testing and training
  • Serve as a liaison between the Finance team and System Integration Partner


    • Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business and Finance Management
  • CPA, CIA, CRMA or equivalent 
  • 5+ years of experience conducting risk-based audits (internal or external)
  • 5+ years experience with a highly integrated ERP, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365

    • Preferred Qualifications
  • CISA, CISSP or equivalency
  • Experience with Dynamics AX
  • Experience with incident management
  • Experience with security and operational design compliance
