Description of Task to be Performed: 
Provides support to both Red/Blue cells by developing solutions for conducting network exploitation operations and designing cyber mission networks for use in exercise/trainings. Researching to ensure network uses high quality, up-to-date technology and equipment.
Keeps documentation of networks to include drawings, descriptions, and configurations. Offers technical guidance on networking solutions, technology roadmaps, and product plans.

Required Qualifications:
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
  • Education & Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering and Security, Cloud Computing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field and 7 years continuous experience as responsible network engineer in Network Operation Center style environments.
  • Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Architect (CCAr).
  • Demonstrated Experience and Knowledge:
  • Planning and network architecture design to meet special requirements for Gray Space, Red C2 infrastructure, and Blue Team Fly-Away Kits.
  • Designing, developing and programming computer or IT systems.
  • Designing, modeling, and securing networks.
  • Troubleshooting network issues and recommendation of network modifications to optimize performance while adhering to all relevant security policies.

    • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
  • Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Defender (CCND) or SANS certifications.
  • VMWare VSphere/VCenter experience.
  • Network Operations Center (NOC) or Cyber Operations support to DoD Cyber Mission Forces.
