Dragos is a globally expanding, cyber-security tech company. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of key partnerships that are important to the overall success of the organization. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and outcome-driven, with a proven track record of managing relationships. You will be responsible for the successful execution of partner initiatives including strategy, sales, marketing, and general management activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining new strategic partnerships and initiatives
- Developing existing partner relationships
- Identify areas of growth within new and existing partners
- Create strategic go to market (GTM) plans for existing partners
- Coordinating legal agreements/contracts
- Develop and manage new marketing activities and messaging
- Work with other teams such as sales to ensure continued partner success
- Inspire and create new content for joint authorship
- Collaborate with engineering teams on new integrations and technical enhancements
- Interface to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Familiarity and experience with the industrial landscape
- Extensive experience with cybersecurity technologies & integrations
- InfoSec experience preferred
- ICS cybersecurity experience a plus
- Experience leading B2B relationships
- Able to effectively partner and engage with internal resources such as sales specialists and sales engineers, as well as liaising with external partners at all levels
- Excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrating the software and its architecture
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Start-up experience is preferred
- Travel 50%
Compensation
- OTE: $195,000
- OTE + Benefits + Equity = $260,000
