Dragos is growing quickly, and as part of our rapid growth, we are seeking an Inside Sales Manager who will be responsible for supporting and growing the North America Inside Sales organization's customer base. You will hire, train, coach, and drive a team of Inside Sales Representatives and Business Development Representatives.
The teams ‘primary focus is to maintain and build a footprint of current client relationships through outbound prospecting, qualifying, and managing opportunities generated by our marketing team. Additionally, this team will be facilitating net new business deals brought by our channel partners. We are looking for someone who will perform, grow, and move to the next level. Responsibilities
- Hire, develop and manage the Business Development Representatives responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements.
- Motivate BDRs to meet and exceed goals through coaching and ongoing training.
- Enhance processes to achieve meeting goals, report on metrics, and obtain KPIs.
- Drive the business planning process.
- Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training, and methodologies to ensure the sales program's success across teams and departments throughout the company.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Oversee resource planning, reporting, territories, incentives, and communications for the BDR team. Assist with sales efforts, as needed.
- Oversee usage of team systems including Salesforce, SalesLoft, Zoom, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Requirements
- 1+ years previous management experience.
- 1+ years of BDR experience.
- Passion for prospecting and sales best practices.
- Proven success meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent sales presentation skills with the ability to influence and impact an audience.
- Ability to understand, communicate and execute corporate objectives internally and externally.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills. MS Office suite
Compensation
- OTE: $130,000
- OTE + Benefits + Equity = $180,000

- Equity at Dragos is quickly growing and the total compensation under-represents the future growth and refresh program. This will be discussed on the first call with the Dragos recruiter.
